DIY Infant Carrier Handle Cover

How Does She?

Back when I was lugging one of these around, I struggled with the carrying method. Hold it in your hand with your arm straight, and it bumps your leg with every step. Hold it with you hands and arms bent in front of you, and fatigue sets in very quickly. Or, hang it on your forearm like a purse and your circulation gets cut off in about 90 seconds. Unless, that is, you make yourself one of these nifty infant carrier arm covers.

Kerri King at How Does She? got the idea for this padded cover from her neighbor and made it her own. You can choose fabrics that match whatever decor you want, and the velcro closure allows you to take it off for washing. Two ribbons on the sides hold toys to entertain your little one.
