Pennant garlands are all the rage, but these sweet lighted paper pennants take the cake. The perfect project for lovers of paper craft. We can't wait to try this out for our next evening garden party!

Supplies:
1. cafe string lights; 2. scissors (plus X-Acto knife if you have one); 3. glue (heavy duty); 4. craft paper (at least 14?x14?); 5. screw punch; 6. ruler; 7. pencil and eraser
Additional items: bone folder (for scoring folds), tape
This project was created by Anna Bond of RIFLE design. You can see the full tutorial with excellent photos over at Once Wed. Personalize them with messages or names punched into the paper. The project as shown will cost you about $40 and take 5-10 minutes per pennant.

What is that font? I need it.
Haha, I opened the comments to say I totally love that font! :D I think it may be handwritten because it looks like some of the letters are varied from others (look at the n's) but it's so fab.
Oh, if you click on the Rifle design website it looks like there's more calligraphy work. Nice!

Um, do the cafe lights run off battery or do you have to string enough of them so that they're long enough to reach the outlet?
So sweet!
@mlhdrain and thelateafternoon-
I just checked the original post and the font is her own handwriting. She freehanded the letters and used a hole punch.
I would LOVE to have such great penmanship.
such nice handwriting! my own name starts with a "g", and it is so hard to find beautiful "g"'s!
