Diane sent us in photos and info on a DIY remodel that her friends Tim and Lisa completed. This was a full renovation of the entire bathroom, gutted, replumbed and rewired, with new insulation, subflooring and waterproofing. And, you won't believe the price tag for the whole project... ...$3500! They got a modern look without spending tons of money by utilizing interesting materials, such as OSB flooring for the vanity, black rubber for the floors, a reclaimed door hung barn style for the linen closet and a combination of clean white subway tiles and dark pebble tiles for the shower floor. The end result is a unique, up-to-date room with personal style. Fantastic job, Tim & Lisa! Check out Diane's post on the project at Room for Inspiration for all the details and more photos.
