Econesting has the entire how-to on the Peace Wreath but the steps are simple! All that's required are:

• 4 wire hangers
• Floral wire
• Wire cutters
• Pliers
• Evergreen branches

Many larger Christmas Tree shops will give away trimmed branches for free. I was fortunate enough to grab some at my last stop to Lowe's.
