From their outdoor furniture to their raised garden kits, Scout Regalia's sustainable designs have always caught our eye. Now the design firm is offering SR Cutsheet Projects, "a series of free instruction sheets created to help people build simple projects for their home." First up is this inexpensive and easy-to-build planting table.
Besides the wood (they recommend cedar or redwood), all you need are an electric drill, hand saw or miter saw, a countersink bit, and screws. You can leave it untreated or dress it up with the stain, varnish, or paint of your choice.
