Tired of all the raggedy wreaths you find at the store? I certainly am, so I sought out how to create my own bright and classy wreath out of some of those old items you have in the holiday box in storage!

I found this lovely, monochromatic pink, silver and gold ornament wreath over on the Living Artfully blog, perfect for a chic and modern holiday feel. Sharyn has lot of tips and tricks, plus a step-by-step tutorial to make your own ornament wreath.
Start with a few boxes of glass ornaments, one of those previously mentioned "raggedy wreaths" from the craft store, and a high heat glue gun. To follow the rest of the steps, click over to Living Artfully to get started on your own ornament wreath!

Nomade Express Slee...
Pretty! I made my own from brightly colored ornaments and a styrofoam wreath base, with a hot glue gun... it was really easy and turned out beautifully... if I can do it, you can too, TRUST ME. ;-)
Or you can just form a wire coat hanger into a loop and string different sized ornaments on!
You can generously wrap old garland around a styofoam form and then use hairpins to pin ornaments into it all over and that's not beautiful, it's quite waterproof!
I did one but on a student budget--used a disposable pie pan for the form (cut out the inside). I agree it turned out really well and was super easy. It looks more expensive than it was.
Love this DIY! Would be cool to intertwine a string of white lights among the bulbs as well!
That is just lovely.
i was so inspired by this that i did my own in pink and silver!!!
thanks!
