Swedish artist Bo Christian Larsson makes large-scale drawings, installations, performance art and objects. The dollhouse/hotel suitcases shown here are just a sample of his interesting objects. He explains: "I feel uncomfortable as a human in our time. That's why I hardly create new products, but try using already existent material." (SZ newspaper, 26./27.01.2008 in "Der Mann aus dem Wald").
Shown above:
• Mobile Home, 2012, Vintage suitcases, dollhouse doors and windows, and industrial wagon
• The Hotel, 2011, Mixed Media
• The Worldhaters Homesick Blues, 2009, Vintage suitcase, doll house inside (6 panels)

White Enamel Flatwa...
I am absolutely in LOVE with this idea! I would have loved to have one of these as a little girl. Time for another project...

How imaginative - I love secret doors - possibilities. I need one.
Five-year-old me is going absolutely nuts right now.
This is AWESOME. It almost makes me change my mind about not wanting kids. Okay, well, maybe not. Maybe one day I'll have a niece to make one of these for.
The doors are amazing on these 'dollhouses'.
WOW - what a great idea. I've been looking for dollhouses on CL. No more! http://wellletsgoforit.blogspot.com/
WHOA - this is terribly creative and unique. Dare I say this is almost boundary pushing as an artistic movement?
Great, great job. I can't compliment this enough.
