Most of us have a lot of stuff.
Doesn't matter what size your apartment or house, if you have small children, we can almost guarantee that you've got plenty of toys lying around.
Those toys may be welcome when the kids are still little and playing with them. But as every parent knows, it's only a matter of time before items get pushed to the back of the toy box, never to be played with again.
So we were delighted to find a great place to donate all our still-good but little-used kids' stuff.
Edmay Mayers, a member of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is currently stationed in Iraq. Saddened by the poverty in which most kids live there, she's trying to give as many kids as possible a stuffed dog or set of crayons.
Parenthacks has a whole page on where to send toys, and how to get free supplies to send them (you just pay for postage).
