Simple and light hearted — could this be the new For Like Ever or Keep Calm Carry On? This is not a poster but a small print that could be used as a subtle reminder in these uncertain and stressful times...

Designed by Laurie Coyle Designs (a local Massachusetts artist) and available here on Etsy. The type area measures just under 5"x5", printed on paper measuring 8” x 10" and is ready to hang up or frame. Best of all custom colors and sizes are available so you can get it custom made just the way you want it.

We also like this small card that would be an even sublter reminder.
You can visit Laurie at the Design Hive Market in Cambridge, MA on Saturday Dec. 6, from 10am to 5pm to check out the print and other pieces she is selling.

That would be funny in a bathroom.
if i had to see this every day it would begin to crawl into my brain like a pointy-fingered daily admonition to the point where i'd ultimately snap and tear it up. so, no, i do not fancy the idea of this taking the place of those other obnoxious posters.
I don't know if Keara has expanded the inventory since the last time I was there, but Oak (on Gloucester, off of Newbury St.) has really nice prints and artwork, mostly made by local artists. They're relatively inexpensive, and there is nary a kitschy pop phrase poster in sight. The Keep Calm poster seems to be everywhere, so I like collecting artwork (from places like Etsy and Oak) that isn't so ubiquitous.
Respectfully, I'm not into this.
Obama|Biden is the new Keep Calm and Carry On.
Does it come in a mattress pad?
*heather leaf*--
Sometimes it seems you could use the reminder.
Just sayin'.
"Obama|Biden is the new Keep Calm and Carry On."
.... what?!
as for the design.. the Os all look the same.
I agree with KTG about the fortune-cookie-ness of message art.
Also agree with EasilyAmused about Obama/Biden. What a magical night last night!
These things are just the hipster version of motivational posters. They're not art, they're just filler. If you need a daily reminder, put a Post-It note on the bathroom mirror.
Is there some litmus test for AT bloggers? Do they all have to like the same stuff?
...from the people who brought you, "Have a nice day".
