This amazing loft in Rhode Island is primarily the work and vision of its woodworker owner, Joel, who graduated from RISD with an Industrial Design degree. Many of the architectural details, like the oversize doors and industrial sinks, were salvaged from local demolitions, and the furnishings are either inherited, thrifted or handmade.
