Design: Upcycled table/desk
Materials: Pine table, silk, cloth, glue, varnish, cork plug
Pitch: This old pine table stood in somebody's kitchen for ages. When we "met" by the skip it didn't want to die nor serve in a kitchen any more. It wanted a new life. Now it has turned into a desk dressed in silk ties and cloth.

Totally love this table!
I think if it had a more cohesive color throughout it would look less DIY. The tie patterns individually are beautiful, but with so many different ones that beauty gets a bit lost and has a more silly feeling to it.
What? No people screaming that sacred wood was being painted over?
