Renwick Street is a tiny street in the Manhattan by the Holland Tunnel. Recently coined Hudson Square — it's really western SoHo and technically not TriBeCa. The neighborhood's large industrial buildings made it the perfect place in 1996 for architecture firm Fernlund + Logan to turn two floors of a former factory into a stunning modern living space...The two-story window is glorious and we love that the architects from Fernlund + Logan kept the original concrete factory floor.
