Dressed Up Reference Books

When the internet came along, many of us forgot about our bound versions of resource materials. The days of flipping through well read pages to find the definition of a word, or the geography of a country, seem long gone. But these beautiful reference books from Graphic Image are bringing more than sexy back...

Graphic Image carries everything from Dictionaries to Address Books and then some. But we are particularly smitten with their new line of bright and metallic, leather bound reference books. There's Atlases, Dictionaries, Thesauruses, and Trail Guides. All of which would make any shelf a bit more beautiful.

i attempted to order one of their dictionaries two years ago from a vendor. The order was delayed so many times that i ultimately had to cancel. I was so disappointed.

I really, really try to look past errors in spelling and grammar because I know you folks post a lot. I can't, however, get over the use of apostrophes to indicate plurality.

It's atlases and thesauri or thesauruses.

That said, I'm grateful for this post. I'll definitely be adding some of these to my wish list. Thanks!

Now that I have been teased please tell me where the pale blue robin's egg blue book in on their website. Looked and cannot find. This is a great source for gifts, thanks!

Me & my partner are translators, so we have 3 long shelves full of dictionaries, grammars, punctuation and style books. I wish they looked half this great! If only they were all the same size...
