You might be familiar with Modern Shed, a Seattle-based company and flat-pak prefab structure of the same name. While the Modern Shed has insulated walls and pre-drilled wall chases for running computer connections, suggesting use as a detached office or living space, it's not really equipped for living in, no matter how tempting. But the Dwelling Shed is a different story, as the name suggests.
The Dwelling Shed is a full-fledged prefab home, with a host of sustainable features, such as a green roof, denim insulation, abundant natural light through insulated windows and low-VOC paints. Check out the more modest Modern Shed through the window of the last picture!
