Dried macaroni in fun shapes is great for crafts but colored macaroni is even better. This is one of those things we always wanted to know how to do and now Cindy of Skip to My Lou tells us!
You'll need rubbing alcohol, food coloring, plastic bags that seal shut and assorted dried macaroni. Just soak macaroni in alcohol and food coloring for a bit and let pieces dry before handling. Check out Skip to My Lou for more great photos and step-by-step instructions.

Nomade Express Slee...
We did this last year and it was a lot of fun!
Unfortunately, we have since learned that my daughter is allergic to artificial colors and we don't like to keep anything like that in the house. I'd love to find a natural way to dye pasta though. She really enjoyed playing with it.
Get off my brainwave! I was just thinking about doing this for a Vacation Bible School craft and was just about to go digging around for instructions. Thanks!
