And now for something completely different... a dynamic interior with plenty of alternating viewpoints. Don't judge by photos alone. This crafty collection of triangular shapes serves as a gallery space in Hangzhou, China (approximately 100 miles southwest of Shanghai) and presents a modern take on the usual static exhibition space.

The architect Joey Ho was born in Taiwan, raised in Singapore and received his Masters Degree in Architecture at the University of Hong Kong, where his design firm is currently based. His belief that a person's life can be greatly improved and influenced by architecture is the basis for his avant-garde portfolio. He has been awarded over 70 international design awards and his portfolio is a rather interesting collection of residential and commercial spaces.

The photos above illustrate the Art House, a gallery cafe space in Hangzhou, China. The moving triangles create a dynamic space and provide the visitor constantly changing perspectives of the room. Normal definitions between floor, wall and ceiling are further deconstructed and challenged by the angular shapes. Void of any branding, as per the client's request, the minimal material choices leave plenty of room for the colorful additions, namely the people sitting in the space. Perfect for a gallery space that hosts a wide variety of events and so completely different from the usual white box approach of most exhibition spaces.
