Ever since we discovered Ingrid's handiwork--we've been big fans. Mixing vintage elements with colorful, chic decor we should have known she had a pretty cool workspace...
We were first drawn to the orange Fermob flower chair. Bright, sleek and shiny, it's the perfect balance for the earth toned office space. We love the herringbone patterned floor mixed with a gently used wood desk (its unfinished look only adds to the charm of the space). Adorned with books, teeny artwork and postcards, the area is refreshing and one of a kind. And if you look close enough, you'll enjoy the stair banister made of a tree branch (awesome).

I just love the stairs
Love the combination of the weathered old table and the modern orange chair, though it doesn't look like an ideal task chair to me.
I hate crochet but the rest is nifty.
I love the stairs, too, and the combo desk and chair. However, the chair looks rather uncomfortable for a desk chair. It's probably ok to sit there for a short while to pay some bills, but not for serious work.
Live the vibe created here...this is the same pallette we have in our living room too (with a bit of teal thrown in).
Love love love this!
This post may have solved my dining room chair issue. I love the orange!
I love little work spaces under the stairs! I think the one thing I'd want to add is a little green plant...

I adore this! Where in the world did you find that desk? I am looking for something for my office and this is perfect! Great job!
