They're water cooler cones! No cutting involved. Just pull them out of the pack and start decorating. Paint, markers, glitter, yarn, felt, whatever you've got. They're fun and easy enough to let the kids go solo.

Just grab a few from the doctor's office. For later. Actually, no. I would never advocate stealing!!
You could also just roll paper into the cone shape and glue or tape - no need to spend money on a bag of cups to get just a few. Good use for scrap paper.
