Flixel takes the tedious task of creating Cinemagraphs (aka animated gifs) and turns it into a simple process of shooting a few seconds of video using your iPhone (we tried it with our iPad) and then rubbing your fingertip over the spots in your image you want to specify to animate. The rest of the photo stays magically free framed while the spot you determined becomes a moving point of focus! Video of the process below...
