What is the advantage of SMALL? I still have too much! For me, comfort, allowing the apartment in its raw state to be the focal point and not the items. I appreciate the low maintenance, and living small helps for me to run my like more efficiently...

What's your favorite resource for your home?

Do not have a consistent source for the home. Two fantastic acquisitions I have made were, first several years ago a Molina, Oberon Sofa from Perobell and more recently about 6 months ago, 2 original (ripe with character and with stamps and numbers) Wegner Wishbone chairs. I am more the Modern link, ABC 2ndflr, type of guy. However, Room & Board is always a good stop for inspiration. I am a good looker and non-buyer. Like many, from time to time I pick up dwell, living etc, and so on. My profession allows me to see many incredible spaces.

What is your one favorite element in your small, cool home?

There is nothing traditional about this apartment. I have always been drawn to the exposed wood beams in the kitchen, as well as, the incredibly high ceilings. The deck and views are outrageous. Should use it more, but the fireplace is great in the winter.
