Occasionally the site The Selby tours homes of hipster photographers, artists, musicians, DJs, and actors that have an interesting tech angle – Paola and James were one such home. Recently The Selby looked at the East Village apartment of chef Melia Marden and filmmaker Frank Sisti Jr. (aka Kid America). Their home is a mix of eclectic tchotckes (check out the shrimp phone after the jump), old school gadgets as décor, and high end tech. Keep reading to see what we're talking about...
The first floor of their apartment shows off a living room, with über large flat screen at one end, and a long dining table that takes you to the other side of the apartment that houses one of the couple's home offices and vintage TV collection.

Love this, no pun intended, so much we're putting it on our desktop!

I would take the Sorayama print. He's one of my favorite artists.
That shrimp/lobster/sea animal phone is awesome!
oh ya, maybe that is a lobster...
I love the vintage tanker desk with the fresh iMac on top =)
Not sure if I could live in this apt. Colors are way too loud for me.
