We can't get enough of O!Rachew!'s Flickr photostream. She makes every DIY seem like a no brainer. Her beautifully arranged inspiration boards were a hit and who can forget her DIY vintage frame arrangement a few weeks back. More views of O!Rachew!'s inspirational DIY apartment after the jump.
O!Rachew! took a basket and decided to spray paint it white. She then turned it over, and threaded her old light fixture right through the basket. We love this whimsical and flirty DIY to cover up the bare lightbulb in the ceiling.
We're not sure, but the green wall hanging looks like a shutter with the slats removed. We love how O!Rachew! layered a frame on top of the striped, green board and then strung a wire behind the frame to display inspirational Fall scenery.

But the bare bulb isn't shaded or "masked.". If you like that harsh a light, the wire basket is cute. I'd rather have something that shields my eyes a little and doesn't cast striped shadows.
I think the wire basket would be cute with ribbon woven through it- that would help with the harsh light. And also, I'm a fan of Rachel's blog, and the green thing on the wall is the side of a crib, spray painted green. :)
I love her inspiration boards but that lightbulb is an eyesore.
