Making gingerbread houses is one of the highlights of the holiday season. But if making your own gingerbread and constructing houses using icing doesn't fit in your holiday schedule, consider making this easier version.
You'll need an empty juice or milk carton. Wash and dry it. Then use hot glue to adhere graham crackers to all sides of the carton. Let your kids decorate with candy using glue (or hot glue). Use your favorite royal icing recipe to pipe in outlining and details. So it's not an edible gingerbread house, but it is fun and easy to make.
