Creative mom Laura shared her Mornings Start With Art idea while back and we've been keeping tabs on her ongoings since. This time around she's crafting with packing peanuts! It's ridiculously simple any any child, big or small can make anything they can dream up... like an igloo for a goat!

You can buy large bags of packing peanuts (sometimes even colored) in craft stores these days or you can use the ones found in many shipped packages. All that's required is a bit of water (though we won't tell if you just lick them and stick them) to stick them together.

They paint up nicely and don't forget empty milk or juice cartons to help provide support for small hands. They work great for propping the peanuts against while working. You can see the full hands-on experience over at Sorta Crunchy.

Thanks Laura!
