Unless you're a professional painter, you probably use your paint accessories (read: putty knives and scrapers) every few years when you move into or out of an apartment, purchasing cheap or disposable supplies as needed. Warner Tools has recently introduced a low-cost line of green tools that are compostable for your painting needs...
Warner Tools — makers of quality paint scrapers, putty knives, and drywall tools — has recently introduced two new product lines that replace petroleum- based products with those that are natural and environmentally friendly. The first line includes paint scrapers, paint savers, paint mixers, edge and trim guides, and the putty knives are made from resins that are certified biodegradable and compostable in the United States and Europe. They compost in less than 60 days.
Their other line of eco-friendly putty knives and scrapers (pictured above) have removable and recyclable stainless steel blades. Both lines are made in the US and available at stores across the country.
