What good is a beautiful garden if you can't eat it?!
I ordered 2 peach trees and a key lime to grow inside from edible landscaping. they are still young but we had a few peaches this year, and we've got a few limes on the lime tree. Next I want to get an espalier apple tree to grow along the fence.
Yes, we plant native. I just got a great recommendation from the Lady Bird Johnson center for hedge-like plants native to Virginia.
My bf's cousin lives in Staunton, so this will be right on our way to visit! I can't wait!
