I'm a big fan of lists—resources, websites, great ideas, how-to's, roundups—anything that compiles information in one place for me so I can refer back to it when needed. My favorite posts this year include great resource lists, as well as a wonderful bedroom transformation, super cool bikes, and posts with lots of helpful comments from you, our readers.

1. How To: Decorate Your Own Tea Set: I thought this was such a lovely, simple project—and the end result was so fantastic!
2. Inspiration: Upcycled DIY Headboards: I like seeing the creative ways people construct a DIY headboard. It's fun to take stock of these ideas and file them away for a future project!
3 De Fietsfabriek: Dutch Cargo Bicycles: these bikes were so frickin' cool, I almost couldn't stand it. Beautiful and exceptionally made, I have a huge respect for anyone able to forgo their car for one of these.
4 Create Your Own Green at Home Yoga Studio: I would simply love to have a whole room devoted just to yoga, and this post got me dreaming about that a bit. It also offered great tips on how to create your own personal yoga space.
5 At On...Can You Be Green and Eat Meat?: This post by Stephanie, along with this post by Amber, did exactly what I like to see: started a discussion among readers about real issues with valid differing viewpoints represented. An interesting and informative read, whatever your perspective is.
6 Roundup: Our Favorite Etsy Stores: I love Etsy and supporting handmade goods, but I can feel overwhelmed by the sheer volume of stores! So in doing this roundup, I was hoping to "share the love" and get a few recommendations from all of you, and boy did it work! I've bookmarked this post and have slowly been making my way through all the recommendations, and am hoping that more keep coming!
7 Spring Cleaning Tip #10: Make A Schedule: I'm a sucker for clear-cut lists, something I can put up on my fridge and refer to that easily. This cleaning list from Apartment Therapy's 8 Week Home Cure is a helpful list to keep on hand when cleaning.
8 14 Ways To Keep Warm Without Turning the Heat On or Up: We've probably all heard one or more of these suggestions before, but this post is a good refresher—and lots of you commented to offer your own suggestions as well!
9 The 7 Best Things We've Learned To Make At Home: I can lay claim to some of these (the crackers, bread, and cleaning agents) and am now hoping to tackle canning and DIY pillowcases at some point.
10 Green Style: Before & After Bedroom Transformation: Completely loved this bedroom transformation. The interesting thing about this makeover was that I really loved the Before, too. (It's in the vein of what my bedroom looks like now.)
11 How To: Make a One Pot Indoor Herb Garden: This has been on my mind for months now. I don't have an indoor herb garden, but by golly, I want one! So this post has been bookmarked for quite some time, along with this post on the easiest herbs to grow indoors, and this post on growing a medicinal herb garden.
12 9 Ways To Green Your Gift Wrapping: I think my favorite idea is to wrap gifts in a lovely piece of cloth with twine, but there are plenty of other good ideas as well.
13 Best Green Home Resources: this is one to file away for another time, but it's a great starting point for anyone interested in renovating their home.
