Easy to install, these faucet aerators not only swivel, spray and stream, but they also feature a flip switch that lets you briefly turn the water on and off. This is great while washing dishes because it maintains the water at your perfect temperature, while allowing you to temporarily shut off the water when you're doing things like: (1) transferring big pots after rinsing, or (2) each time you lean over to fill a dish rack. Because you're not changing the entire faucet, just adding to the tip, they're great for apartments!
These faucet aerators will lower your water bill. They're also are durable, long-lasting and inexpensive. Best of all, they're an incredibly easy eco-friendly fixture for your home.

I hope these are better than the aerators that are normally supplied. Those things waste more water by splashing it everywhere instead of giving me the quantity of water need to rinse the soap off. (Using a sponge or brush instead of sprayer seems like a better water-saving method anyway.)
The Whedon ones are awesome! My family has used them forever
@ asdf3001: An aerator and a sprayer are two different animals altogether. Can't tell from your comment which you are referring to but if it's your aerator spraying water everywhere, simply unscrew it & clean the screen(s). Problem solved. Note that some have more than one screen so pay attention to how it's assembled so you can reassemble it properly. OR just replace it. They're very inexpensive as you can see from the article, and a basic one is even less.

Both a pretentious & amusing claim.
This is one of the best ideas I've read from this website. I live in a rent-controlled apartment and this is one fixture I could add myself. I'd like to conserve water helping the environment and from what I read they are surprisingly affordable.
What a gimmicky product! Talk about putting lipstick on a pig. If you live in California, there are regulations that are built into your faucet that force you to save water, FYI.
