While flipping through a copy of Pop life magazine, we came across these hysterical, kind of freakish (to us), and wonderfully adorable chicken coops from the British based Omlet.
The idea behind the Eglu (funny right?) is to maintain healthier eating habits by controlling the eggs you eat while raising a pet that will give you years of enjoyment.
Free range, organic eggs don’t come cheap, and neither does the Eglu. At around $700, you can be sure that your eggs will be popped out by happy, and oh, so stylish birds.

there is a usa site - and lots of sellers in the usa. Google it.
I just bought one of these and didn't even take it out of the box. One look and I could see that it is PURE CRAP! The bottom looked like it had been dragged down a gravel street for a mile. Omlet said, "Well it's on the bottom anyway." Huh? That's not the point! I replied, "Well it'll be full of chicken poop too. Why not send it "fully-loaded'?! The mold they use is dirty because dirt was actually embedded in the mottled plastic. The tray didn't sit in there correctly and there was only one tiny strip of thin aluminum keeping it in place. A squirrel could open it! The finishing on the seams was non-existent. Strips of jagged plastic was all over. That could easily injure the tender skin of any animal. Including me. I also had to pay $40 for delivery, of which I will not be reimbursed. Complete and total misrepresentation of a product is what it is. I wouldn't pay $10 for it! Honestly, your chickens will not be safe or happy in such a piece of **it!
