Natalia Ivancevich Hayes is a paper cutting whiz. Her delicately detailed hand cut paper pieces make the sweetest translucent window treatments that create the loveliest layered forest effect.
She has made them for residential settings as well as storefronts and wedding backdrops. I think they make a really sweet and peaceful addition to any room.

I think your information is incorrect. If her blog is to be believed, Whitney Gaylord credits the window treatments in her home to Natalie Hayes. The website featuring the paper works themselves also seems to belong to one Natalie Hayes.

Natalie is a dear friend of mine and her work is amazing. She does use paper, but often tyvek as well- which never tears, is water-proof, and sure to last a life time. and, yes! I did got to camp sloane :) www.whitneygaylord.com
