For this month's big project, I have been waffling on what to choose. Much to do. I was going to wimp out and do some shelf painting and styling. Or perhaps I could paint the upstairs bathroom? But what fun would that be in pictures, trading out white for... wait for it... more white. Boring. No, what the house most needs is a room of my own. It exists, but it needs a bit of, 'erm — excavation.

I'm talking about my art studio. It's a tiny little room, about 10' x 10', but that's nothing to sneeze at. Our only real available first floor storage, what was supposed to be my studio has become a catchall room of epic proportions. It's time, once and for all to reclaim the space, summon the inspiration, and get to painting again.
