Emma Bridgewater Pottery (like Bridgewater tea towels) is the classic gift: "Crafted in the small Victorian English town of Stoke on Trent, each piece is hand painted and hand finished - yet they remain dishwasher and microwave safe." We pulled a few of our favorites here, but through Joanne Hudson Basics online, there's a ton more...tins, caddies, bowls, trays, mugs, jugs, mitts, cups....

- T&M Tea Canister, $79.99
- Bridgewater Pottery T&M Boiled Egg Cup, $14.99
- Bridgewater T&M 1/2 Pint jug, $38.99
- English Cheese Platter, $99.99
Emma Bridgewater pottery is available through Joanne Hudson Basics.

waaaaaaaaaaaaay too expensive, IMHO.
those prices are just laughable.
pricey stuff, but if you've ever seen bridgewater-- it's fantastic classic english stoneware. it's just too bad the crappy u.s. dollar keeps this u.k. import so expensive. too bad it's not made in china!
I like it but WAY too expensive, I'd trade in a couple bucks for it not to be dishwasher safe. LOL I can hand wash it, if only it were less expensive
Am I the only one bothered by "fresh milk?" I mean, what else would it be? Sour?
I love Emma Bridgewater. I have one of her egg cups, it's darling! :o)
poking around their site-- i do like when it's all put together in a lovely china pantry: http://www.joannehudson.com/kitchens/kitchen6
