Forbo natural flooring product has been featured and discussed on AT before, but we'd like to focus on the design (color!) components as much as the green ones. The linseed oil, wood flour, rosin, and jute product offers a healthy design solution in lieu of sheet vinyl, and is customizable in shape, pattern, size (as tiles or sheets) and colors. I don't feel like the above photos do the Marmoleum justice - it looks a bit sterile there, but much nicer in person. I definitely suggest looking for remnants from a local flooring company if you're using it on a smaller area. We got ours for less than $1 per square foot that way.

i installed this in my kitchen and its incredible. Not the easy install but the product is really nice. soft underfoot, antibacterial and eco, yay!
What's the big deal with having an anti-bacterial floor? Doesn't sound very "natural" to me.
