One thing we always admire about Scandinavian homes is the way that they maximize light. We love the use of white and windows in this Norwegian retreat. The built-ins also really maximize space -- homeowners of small spaces could learn a trick or two from their use in places like this one and the C3 Cabin we blogged yesterday. And we seriously covet the sleeping loft. It's cozy yet light -- and practical in that it also serves as the roof to a porch below it.
