We've been tightening up our budget and trying to save every penny possible for plenty of reasons, which means more and more brown-bag lunches. But we've also been looking for a cute bag to take to work, as well as a way to eliminate our plastic, BPA-laden to-go dishes.
Luckily Etsy seller Glue and Glitter sought out Re-Nest to tell us about her lunch kits. Jump below for details and links.
In an effort to reduce the waste of a brown bag lunch, Glue and Glitter's shop sells these adorable lunch kits. The bag and the five cloth napkins were pillowcases in a former life, and the set comes with a steel lunch box and utensils. With all the different styles, this would be a great gift for a friend or a school-aged child.

This is good for cold lunches, but I bring to work dinner leftovers that need to be microwaved. Providing glass containers in the kit would make it more versatile.
Thanks for the feedback, judibean! I've been thinking about glass containers some but hadn't found one that seals well and is the right size. The good news is, you can put any container that you want in there!
would there be room to throw, say, a corelle bowl in there? that's what i usually end up using to reheat stuff. this is really cute.
