Warm up. The cold weather's coming and Plytextile is pulling out the old sweaters. You wouldn't know it from their crisp, modern patterns, but these pillows and "modern doilies" are made of select discarded wool sweaters...
Chicago-based Plytextile's work is all about clean-lined patterns made of soft, cozy wool. You'll see their stitched-together hex shapes quite often, but also a herringbone-pattern pillow and running bond patchwork baby blanket.

I've had these favorited on etsy for a while. Really lovely
Oh wow...I really love these pillows!
These look great, and I love that they reuse old sweaters!
Love love love! Oh the warm fuzzies I get from just looking at these! I want one...
Oh hex pattern, I love you.
Infinitely better than that "sweater throw blanket" that was shown a few days ago.
lovely and afordable
Wool leaves me itchy. :(
beautiful, practical, good recycling idea, modern and traditional both...what a great idea. colours are so liveable and welcoming.
I bought the yellow hex pillow a few weeks ago and I LOVE it. It is the most beautiful pillow in the whole world ever. I was kind of surprised to see another one appear in the shop, but I assume the two are slightly different.
LOVE these!!

I bought one of these pillows - it's not itchy at all! I love it, and get compliments all the time. The backing fabric is great also, nothing about these pillows is cheap - i love mine!
