Eva Solo Outdoor Oil Lamp

Billed as a modern alternative to the tiki torch, there's definitely something beautiful about the lines of Eva Solo's Outdoor Oil Lamp. That said, the tall open flame so close to the ground does make us a little nervous.

Yes, they're 8" high, but that seems too tall for a table, and nerve-wrackingly close to your legs if placed on the ground. We could see them looking great placed on the edges of a wide stone staircase, creating a lighted walkway, or surrounding a gorgeous outdoor pool, but aren't sure how they would fit into a "typical" backyard. Anyone?
