The renovation of this Edwardian townhome in the Hammersmith area of London transformed a dark first floor into an extended and open living space that is bright, airy and brings views of the rear garden into the center of the home. The addition was designed to be a 30° twist from the original building and the new angle contrasts nicely with the homes on the block and creates a multitude of angled surfaces and facets.
The renovation was designed by Paul McAneary Architects. The firm has plans for a Faceted House 2 renovation in West London!
