I use color because it is an expression of my personality: Vibrant, exciting, secure,daring and 'wild'...

I love to laugh and bright colors reflect happiness and great emotions which usually brings about smiles and laughter from others. They give a warm and inviting feeling to help others fell relax and secure with their surroundings.

Pretty bold colours, I am so-so on this one...

Horrid and preposterous. I would think that in order to be included as an "Extra", your entry would at least be design worthy, meaning that although the contest is officially over, a particular entry is so good, AT had to show it. This does not fall into that category. I would be perfectly embarrassed if I were from D.C.

while my taste does not run to this type of decorating I have to give the you credit for being brave!

the first photo is nice, but the rest is bad feng shui to me.

Thanks guys for the nice comments. I love to decorate as well as many of my family members, and we use lots of colors to decorate our homes. I have received numerous items for my home from relatives and friends which makes it so special and personal.

True, with any kind of public exposure,one is subjected to the opinions of others, but I thank God I do not need validation from others or have low self esteem and have to seek approval from people who are untactful, rude, and inappropriate. As stated from a fifteen year older. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and "To each his own".
