Name: Kelly Van Patter
Location: I live in a beautiful area of Los Angeles called "Highland Park" which is the largest of 13 historic preservation overlay zones and is an up and coming area.
What's your favorite color?
"My favorite color is a tough one as I don't really have one favorite.......but I would say the color that I used daily is the turquoise found in my native american jewelry which I wear daily and don't leave home without. I consider my self a walking palette or canvas which I dress or decorate daily. "
What's the best use of interior color you've ever seen?
It really depends on the application or purpose, but i would say the best is a beautiful pure white. White is the perfect background to almost anything. It allows furniture, art, textiles or anything else to stand out and make a statement , plus it just feels so clean, bright and cheery.."
