This room is so important to your health, so take the time to make any little upgrades that will help you sleep better at night. Small changes that can make a HUGE difference including decluttering, changing out your sheets, rearranging your bed's position, and buying an air filter. This Week's Assignment: In the Deep Treatment you are diving headfirst into your bedroom, working to declutter and luxurify your space. We highly recommend an air purifier. While it may seem to some like an indulgence, keep in mind that indoor air is more polluted than outdoor air and that 8 hours of breathing while asleep means you're sucking in a good deal of the room at night. One Room Workout? Start Cleaning up! Clean up is as important as set up and it usually takes longer than you think, so start in on it now. Additionally, take a close look at your artwork this week. I always find that people do a disservice to their art by hanging it either too high or in an unflattering grouping. Fixing this can really make a room sing.
