Fall is just around the corner so we will all start swapping out our shorts for sweaters. And while many fall trends translate well to the interior, there are somethings we just haven't really considered. Take for instance heavy knits — they look great as pillows and throws, but we never once thought about putting them on our walls.

Well, don't pull out your knitting needles and stock up on spools and spools of yarn just yet. It seems this wall sweater is actually just some rather convincing trompe l'oeil wallpaper available from Couture Déco.
What do you think? Would you adorn your walls with this sweater look?

Ugh - No.
What are you supposed to do in the summer - hang new grasscloth or linen wallpaper?
I like it for a small space - feels cozy but I think the neutral color would make it flexible enough for warm temps. Maybe not a super sunny space.
I like it!
Just goes to show- padded walls really ARE for crazy people!
My allergies hurt just looking at that photo. Can you imagine the dust &/or other little boogers that land in those walls?! *ACHOO!*
BAHAHA! The joke's on me AT! I didn't realize it was wallpaper :P
Yeah, I am feeling the dust already.
I'd like it better if it were hand knitted, not machine knitted. More character. Still. In very small spaces or quantities. Like inside a blanket chest or medicine cabinet so I wouldn't have to look at it all the time.
Not crazy about this look.
I really don't like this.
No. No. Nononononono.
No no no no no no no. No. Tacky. And passed its use by. Already.
I actually have seen this amazing wallpaper in a high end store in Paris, the look and feel is just incredible. Their entire collection of trompe l'oeil is just so fashionable.
Some of these posts are so hilarious. Just goes to show that most people just look at the photos and comment before reading. These are not actual sweater walls people. Although the thought does make me giggle. It makes me want to get my knitting needles out.
That is butt ugly.
Huge faux sweater print on the wall just seems tacky to me.
I can see this on one wall of my craft room, but cables would be more awesome then just ribbing.
In a home NO way. I could see it though used in casual sweet little clothing boutique.
I agree with the others that handknits or cables would be cooler.
I like it, but I am a knitter. I would HATE a whole room of this, but maybe a feature wall, especially in a craft room! Would be awesome. Or as backing to a cupboard, etc.
