It never fails: the end-of-year desire to find that perfect organizer that I just know will make me extra productive and successful in the new year. Here’s a company that can help you make your home more beautiful and your life more organized.
It’s always fun to discover a brand where everything — from the actual products to the store to the website — is a visual delight. I was so excited to discover a new line of stationery and home organization store kikki.k here in Singapore. kikki.k is based in Melbourne, Australia, but the designer, Kristina “Kikki” Karlsson was born in Sweden. Her designs reflect Scandinavian modernism and simplicity which is functional yet timelessly beautiful. The store itself is so pretty and I find myself visiting over and over again just to gaze on the organized sections of goods, each arranged by color.
In case you can’t visit in person, kikki.k has an online shop and will ship to the US. Below are just a few of my favorite start-of-the-year organizational ideas but be sure to check out the holiday decoration ideas as well.
1. Desk organization
2. 2011 Family Calendar
3. My Recipes Organiser
4. Adhesive Note Set
5. Lever Arch Binder

Flat rate shipping to North America is 70 aud...
i frequent this shop every year I am in Sydney. Very nice!
I love this shop. Stationary, felt, pens...all colour coded & Scandinavian-feeling.
It is slightly smug-feeling to be in the right country for once.
Mind you, re the shipping; postage in Australia is much more than it is in the US (I lived there for years, and was delighted at how cheap it was to have things delivered - even overseas).
Also, Australia (& I presume most other countries) have, since the start of November, been slugged a $9 extra charge for mailing TO the US, courtesy of the Department of Homeland Security.
Yeah, Kikki has some nice stuff. But they don't have a magnetic paperclip holder.
I need to get the magnetic paperclip holder from 'Typo', it's a little bird, and the paperclips make a nest... but woe, no 'Typo' at Chatswood. I've been looking all over for two weeks for a cool retro paperclip holder.
*Insert sarcasm*: Oh goodie! Another store to add to the FIVE Australian stores you have listed!
foxsyd - there's a Typo at Macquarie Centre. Just hop on the train from Chatswood.
@hnhkt
FIVE? Goodness, thankfully we have no more shops here then. There's a whole pile of stores listed on some online site that are actually in the US, can you imagine? Who is able to shop there?
