I saw the New Century Modern Lamp on Design Sponge a few days ago and was immediately inspired. That beautiful lamp that threw me into a Midcentury modern tailspin searching for other table lamps that also fit this style. What I love most about midcentury style light fixtures is that they often feature fun shaped bases and vibrant colors.

Nice collection of lamps!
The Possini is to die for. Maybe I'll win a lottery ... $299 is way too richie rich for me.
You left out Lotte lamps, some of my favorites! When I saw that red lamp on design*sponge a few days ago, I thought of lotte lamps right away- they have one with a similar shape base (but no wood) and they have lots of neat colors-
okay i have a question and I know it should be posted in the question section but it's about mid century lamps.
I got a pair of mid century lamps at goodwill recently for 16 dollars for the set (score!) They are wood at the top like the first picture and have a nice midcentury design on the bottom made of plaster. They are mark FIPA at the bottom. Does anyone know any information about these lamps?? I've looked online and come up empty.
FAIP is the marking. sorry
