Those round tiles are so awesome!!
I LOVE the diamonds, and the other straight edged shapes are nice, but I really dislike round tiles -- they are going to look VERY dated in the not-so-distant future, and they display too much grout. Plus there is something structurally disquieting about them -- square edged tiles LOOK structurally stable, like they are part of what holds the wall together. Round ones are decorative, but they make me feel like they will fall off the wall. (Maybe it's just me!)
Wow - those round tiles are incredibly cute!
Love those round tiles!!! Beautiful!
I do like the look of the round tiles but agree that they will look dated very soon! What I really dig is the honeycomb shaped tile application!
I think the round tiles will stand the test of time *better* than the other styles.
The arrangement of the round tiles feels more organic and artistic than the others. It reminds me of Gaudi's tilework in Spain, which continues to look amazing.
That is gorgeous ... but it's a lot of grout to keep clean!
Love the kitchen with the round tiles! I don't think it will look dated because it's so unusual and already looks sort of retro.
i want ...i want it now!! * doing my best veruca salt impression*
I like those round glass tiles set in a random pattern - that would work for my kitchen since I live in a round building and try to keep the circular theme going...
...and even better for DIY: No cutting necessary!
the round tiles are fantastic i wnat them!!!
LOVE the round ones. I want!!
The first tiles pictured are just so great that I think I'd have them anyway, in spite of the large chance that they'd soon look dated. They just look so fantastic in that space!
Something struck me about the circular tiles in the first picture - I'm still a renter. I could someday buy and get a kitchen who's countertop or cabinet wasn't my fave color or scheme. You could get the tiny circles in the not-so-great, matching colors, but then mix in more favored colors in the bigger tiles. Could be a great way to shift color perception.
Hope I make some kind of sense.
