Ferran Adria's Faces Tableware

FACES is a new tableware line collaborated by deconstructivist chef Ferran Adria and Spanish top industrial designers. Ferran's restaurant, El Bulli, was voted no. 1 restaurant in the world for 2002, 2006 and 2007.

The collection consists of place settings, kitchen tools, knives and serving pieces. Shown above is Basic Barroco, which takes the simple-lined Basic flatware (which is also part of the collection in its plain state) and "tattoos" it with engravings based on old wallpaper designs.
