Ol' cranky pants Rooney makes some good points, even decades later...

Andy Rooney has no idea what he's talking about.
Andy should just stick to typewriters since he obviously has no clue what Bill Gates does nor how to properly use a PC. The only valid point he had is about the long amount of time it takes for a PC to startup.
Well, he does have a good point about the Shut Down thing.. not very intuitive now that I think about it.. probably why they changed it to a large bubble in Windows 7. Ha!
@codeislife I do consider myself a relatively avid tech junkie, but I totally did not understand the last 3rd of your comment. :P
@codeislife Have you tried the media streaming programs like Tversity and Playon?
Sorry to say it, but if Andy Rooney only uses a computer to write scripts, then there really is no reason for him to upgrade his computer, ever. He could still be using MS-DOS and be just fine. MS-DOS boots instantly too.
Also, I've said this before, but wtf is with all the Windows bashing? I swear this site can't go a day without either bashing windows or blindly praising anything with an apple on it. Grow up a bit and try to find a sense of journalistic professionalism!
