The Bathroom of the Future as conceived by Ideal Standard.

So...the bathroom of tomorrow is the bathroom of today with a couple of plasma screens, funky lighting, and bad '80s neon art?
Also, wouldn't that toilet paper holder keep the lid from opening?
Shouldn't the bathroom of the future be a little more wheelchair accessible? :)
I agree with dtremit, also why is the laptop on the toilet? Is the future* a place where I need 3 screens always on at the same time? Are laptops anti-microbial in the future and ceilings of fiber optic lights (which existed some time ago) having a renaissance?
*oh and this also assumes that people will have bathrooms this large, which does not account for population expansion and less resources. A better idea would be a future that looked cool and took into account small/modular living spaces and limited resources.
i hope not. don't see anything appealing about that bathroom.
omg! the 80's and all that cocaine will be back forever! and, I threw away my Nagels 20 years ago! sigh.
This is the tech equivalent of Home Improvement's Man's Bathroom (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fnguL3DwPaM)
Actually, I'm pretty sure the Man's Bathroom was more functional, and better looking too.
Who puts their laptop on the toilet? What's that weird thing on the floor in front of the tub?
I guess we spend a lot of time in bathrooms in the future.
