First Apple, Once Owned by Star Trek Creator, to be Auctioned

We can't even imagine how insane it would be to own the first ever Apple Macintosh Plus, serial number 0001. Auction House, Profiles in History, is starting the bidding wars for the historical piece next month. While you thought it couldn't get any cooler, turns out this very first model was given to Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry by Apple.

Planned for the auction block October 8th and 9th, it's estimated sale price is totally cheaper than a new Mac -- $800 and $1,200! While we like it when things are affordable we hope that the bidding war is ferocious in order to validate all nerds!
