In Sunrise, Fla., a life-size, 10,000 square-foot Barbie dreamhouse is now open. Complete with doll collection, shoe-print wallpaper, and tons of pink, Barbie is stirring up controversy, both here and abroad. Set to open on Thursday, the 27,000 square-foot version in Berlin (which features a runway and "virtual cupcakes") will be protested by Occupy Dreamhouse.
In other news, the Campana Brothers' latest collection includes gilded toys, and a sleek desk lamp uses gravity to mount to your desk. See the headlines after the jump.
